A.M: The total number of overnight stays for the year (period April 2018-April 2019), business tourism represents 70% of bookings.
What type of business clientele do you have?
A.M: Mainly a working class and individual clientele (VRP, VTC drivers, buses, taxis, service providers for the resorts (shows, technicians etc.).
Where does this clientele come from?
A.M : Mostly from Lyon and its suburbs, Isère and Haute-Savoie. More sporadically from further afield (mainly Paris and PACA, sometimes from Italy too).
What do you offer to your customers?
A.M : evening packages with dinner (3 restaurants to choose in Moûtiers) and breakfast included; additional discounts for long term bookings. Breakfast from 6.30am on weekdays (especially for workers); free private parking.
Do you think Moûtiers is a strategic place for business tourism? If so, for what reasons?
A.M : Yes, the main reasons are the geographical location, the variety of shops open all year round and the more interesting prices than in the resorts.
Moûtiers offers a complete range of restaurants and shops in general, but customers coming from far away are not always aware of this, they sometimes imagine they are arriving in a small town with no shops. Some people prefer Albertville for this, whereas Moûtiers is better placed to go to the resorts.

"All outdoor life has become impossible, the sun is dying down and spitting out particles that are harmful to human skin. The survivors have to protect themselves by taking shelter in buildings. In Val Tho Base Camp you will be safe but there will not be enough places for everyone. You will have to compete against each other in laser games".
