Moûtiers tourist office belongs to the network of Tourism Offices of France.

It undertakes to:

Make available a reception area and an information area that are easily accessible.
Make the procedures easier for you.
Offer you a chair to sit down.
Inform you free of charge on local sightseeing
Offer you free Wifi access.
Display and advertise our opening hours in at least two foreign languages.
Be open at least 240 days per year, including Saturdays and Sundays during the tourist season and for important events.
Answer your mail all year long.
Provide a permanent reception service staffed by people who speak at least two foreign languages.
Supply tourist maps, plans and guides in paper format.
Provide you with access to our trilingual website.
Disseminate tourist information, also on paper, translated into at least two foreign languages on:
all classified tourist accommodation, including at least the name of the establishment, the postal address, the e-mail address, the website address, the telephone number and the level of the classification;
monuments and cultural, natural or leisure tourist sites, which may include information on admission prices, opening periods and hours for the public, the website and telephone and postal contacts;
events and activities;
emergency telephone numbers.
Update our tourist information annually.
Display emergency phone numbers outside the office.
Present every qualified offer in the area for every kind of visitor.
Deal with your complaints and measure your satisfaction.
Maintain a quality approach.
Put a holiday advisor at your disposal.
Guarantee the reliability and timeliness of our information on the local tourist attractions.
